Through these collaborative efforts, we have helped over 90,000 individuals receive life-saving treatments free of charge through industry-first access programs in collaboration with our global partners and the government

  • GIPAP (2003–2008): Supported 1,800 patients
  • NOA (2008–2025): Supported over 8,843 patients
  • SCM Sindh (2012–2021): Supported 4,000 patients
  • SCM Punjab (2014–2024): Supported more than 7,000 patients
  • SCM KP (2017–2023): Supported over 2,500 patients
  • Federal (2018–2024): Supported 458 patients
  • Novartis Access Program (2019–2025): Supported 70,000 patients across diabetes, hypertension, breast cancer, and respiratory illnesses

Social, Environmental, and Economic Impact measures how our activities and medicines create value — or incur costs — for society, the environment, and the economy across the full value chain

Our social impact includes:

  • USD 74.9 million in total social impact generated from improved patient health
  • 5.4 million patients reached across 50+ brands
  • 17,850 QALYs (Quality-Adjusted Life Years) gained
  • 3,800+ jobs supported across the country (including direct, indirect, and induced employment)
  • This represents the improved health and life quality resulting from treatment.
